Wholesale & Bulk Supply Terms

These Wholesale & Bulk Supply Terms apply to commercial enquiries and supply arrangements made with Ja Pa Chops, trading as Think Football Ideas Ltd.
 

Ja Pa Chops supplies natural products, botanical ingredients and selected African food to retailers, cosmetic and beauty brands, tea and beverage companies, food manufacturers and other commercial customers in the UK.
 
1. Wholesale & Bulk Supply

Wholesale and bulk supply is available by enquiry rather than through our standard retail checkout. Customers interested in commercial supply should contact us with details of their requirements.
 

This may include:

• Product required

• Quantity required

• Business name

• Intended use

• Delivery location

• Preferred delivery timeframe

• Any relevant product or packaging requirements

We will assess each enquiry and, where appropriate, provide a quotation.

3. Wholesale Supply

Wholesale supply is intended for customers purchasing products in larger quantities for resale, business use or other commercial purposes.

Wholesale pricing may depend on:

• Product

• Quantity

• Packaging format

• Order frequency

• Delivery requirements

• Other agreed commercial requirements

Wholesale prices are provided by quotation and may differ from retail prices displayed on our website.

4. Bulk Supply

Bulk supply is intended for larger-volume or commercial requirements. Bulk orders may involve larger quantities, custom quantities or specific supply requirements.
 

Depending on the product and order, we may discuss:

• Quantity

• Packaging

• Product specification

• Delivery arrangements

• Lead times

• Payment terms

A bulk enquiry does not guarantee availability.

5. Quotations

Where appropriate, Ja Pa Chops will provide a quotation based on the information supplied by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to:

• Product availability

• Confirmation of the customer's requirements

• Applicable delivery arrangements

• Any agreed payment terms

A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order until both parties have agreed the relevant terms.

We may amend or withdraw a quotation where there is a change in product availability, supplier pricing, delivery costs or other relevant circumstances before the order is confirmed.

6. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may apply to certain wholesale and bulk products. Any applicable minimum quantity will be communicated as part of the quotation or commercial discussion. Minimum quantities may differ between products and supply arrangements.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed before a wholesale or bulk order is accepted. Depending on the arrangement, payment may be required:

• In full before dispatch; or

• Under other payment terms agreed between Ja Pa Chops and the customer.

Where credit or deferred payment terms are agreed, these will be confirmed separately.

8. Delivery

Wholesale and bulk delivery arrangements will depend on:

• Order quantity

• Product type

• Delivery destination

• Packaging requirements

• Customer requirements

Delivery charges may be included in the quotation or charged separately. Specific delivery arrangements will be agreed before the commercial order is confirmed.
 

Our standard retail delivery arrangements do not necessarily apply to wholesale or bulk orders.

9. Product Information & Intended Use

We aim to provide accurate product information for our commercial customers.
 

Where products are supplied as ingredients or raw materials, the customer is responsible for determining whether the product is suitable for their intended application.

This is particularly relevant where a customer intends to use a product as an ingredient in another food, cosmetic, personal care or manufactured product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their own finished products and business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Where specific product documentation or specifications are required, these should be discussed with us before the order is confirmed.

10. Availability & Supply

All wholesale and bulk supply is subject to product availability.
 

Availability may be affected by:

• Supplier availability

• Seasonal factors

• Import or transport conditions

• Changes in market supply

• Product-specific requirements

Where we are unable to fulfil an agreed requirement, we will communicate this to the customer and discuss the available options.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Commercial customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding:

• Products required

• Quantities

• Delivery address

• Intended use

• Business details

• Any specific requirements communicated during the enquiry

The customer is also responsible for checking the quotation and agreed order details before confirming the order.

12. Commercial Orders

Once a wholesale or bulk order has been accepted and the relevant terms have been agreed, the order becomes subject to the agreed quotation and these Wholesale & Bulk Supply Terms.
 

Where specific terms have been agreed in writing for an individual order, those terms will take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict.

13. Changes and Cancellations

Once a commercial order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may be subject to the stage of fulfilment and any costs already incurred.
 

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel a commercial order. Any agreed cancellation terms will be confirmed as part of the relevant commercial arrangement.
